Where do I find cicero guys help me. I can use console commands if needed!

2011-12-01 · You probably did something by now but seriously let him live, enchant the worn brotherhood armor if you want better enchantments, Cicero is the best follower you can get in game(well he is for me anyways) because you tend to get him later/at higher levels than other followers making him much more powerful plus hes a thief and can unlock things better than the other followers, his attack damage is probably the best that i've seen for a follower.

Ive just started the quest where you have to go find Cicero and kill him, however ive gone back to the main questline. Was fighting a Dragon and i summoned the Spectral Assassin that Astrid gave me. And after i killed the Dragon he was still alive, turns out he doesn't go away until he is defeated which took AGES and boy, he does not shut up.

Because Cicero is an evil assassin who gets his jollies by killing people. And poor Cicero is so, so lonely and delightfully insane.Oh yes, I understand that. Understand completely. But if you're playing in character, an assassin should have no remorse, no compassion.
It felt like the right choice to make when I spared his life, especially given what Lachance said; Cicero may be insane, but he is loyal to the Night Mother. If you kill Cicero You can loot off his gear and he wont be in the new sanctuary in Dawnstar.
